Welcome to Bleep, a social audio platform where users share voice notes and interact through sound, operated by L Squared Est. ("LSquared"). By creating an account you agree to these Terms of Use in full. By posting audio or text on Bleep you confirm the content is your own, does not infringe any third-party rights, and complies with these Terms. You retain ownership of your content but grant Bleep a non-exclusive licence to host, display, and distribute it within the platform.عند نشر محتوى صوتي أو نصي على بليب، فإنك تؤكد أن المحتوى ملكك، ولا ينتهك حقوق أي طرف ثالث، ويتوافق مع هذه الشروط. تحتفظ بملكية محتواك، لكنك تمنح بليب ترخيصًا غير حصري لاستضافته وعرضه وتوزيعه داخل المنصة.
Bleep has zero tolerance for content that is harmful, offensive, or abusive. Prohibited content includes: hate speech or discrimination; harassment, bullying, or threats; sexually explicit content; content that glorifies violence or self-harm; illegal activity; spam or intentionally deceptive content; and content that violates anyone's privacy or intellectual property rights. Violations result in immediate content removal and permanent account suspension.لا تتسامح بليب إطلاقًا مع المحتوى الضار أو المسيء أو المؤذي. يشمل المحتوى المحظور: خطاب الكراهية أو التمييز؛ التحرش أو التنمر أو التهديد؛ المحتوى الجنسي الصريح؛ المحتوى الذي يمجّد العنف أو إيذاء النفس؛ الأنشطة غير القانونية؛ الرسائل المزعجة أو المحتوى المضلل عمدًا؛ والمحتوى الذي ينتهك خصوصية أو حقوق ملكية الآخرين. مخالفة هذه القواعد تؤدي إلى إزالة فورية للمحتوى وتعليق دائم للحساب.
Every Bleep and comment includes an in-app Report option. We review all reports and take action — including removing content and suspending accounts — within 24 hours of a verified report.يحتوي كل بليب وتعليق على خيار للإبلاغ داخل التطبيق. نراجع جميع البلاغات ونتخذ الإجراء اللازم — بما في ذلك إزالة المحتوى وتعليق الحسابات — خلال 24 ساعة من التحقق من البلاغ.
You may block any user at any time from their profile. Blocking immediately removes that user's content from your feed and notifies our moderation team to review their account activity.يمكنك حظر أي مستخدم في أي وقت من ملفه الشخصي. الحظر يزيل فورًا محتوى ذلك المستخدم من خلاصتك ويُبلغ فريق المراقبة لدينا لمراجعة نشاط حسابه.
Bleep reserves the right to remove any content and to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these Terms, without prior notice. Repeat offenders will be permanently ejected from the platform.تحتفظ بليب بحق إزالة أي محتوى وتعليق أو حظر أي حساب يخالف هذه الشروط، دون إشعار مسبق. المخالفون المتكررون سيتم طردهم نهائيًا من المنصة.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Bleep. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement.يجب أن يكون عمرك 13 عامًا على الأقل لاستخدام بليب. بإنشائك حسابًا فإنك تؤكد استيفاءك لهذا الشرط.
Your use of Bleep is governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect information you provide — including audio recordings — solely to operate the service. Bleep is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for user-generated content posted on the platform.يُقدَّم بليب "كما هو" دون أي ضمانات. لسنا مسؤولين عن المحتوى الذي ينشئه المستخدمون على المنصة.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Bleep after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.قد نقوم بتحديث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. استمرارك في استخدام بليب بعد سريان التغييرات يعني موافقتك على الشروط المحدّثة.
